This horizontal poster illustrates a key idea that underpins students positive mental health and wellbeing; namely, Things are neither good nor bad but thinking makes it so. Once this principle is taught, students become aware of the power they have over the way they think leading to appropriate feelings and goal-directed behaviours. They feel less helpless and victimised and experience greater self-efficacy and confidence.
Each poster measures 59cm long and 84cm wide. The posters are folded and mailed in an A4 post bag. Posters can be laminated for display.
