HPMW coaching is conducted over six – to eight sessions. Content of these sessions introduces individuals to the following:

  • Architecture of the mindset of high performance
  • Three commitment of high performers
  • Internal work performance blockers (anger, anxiety, feeling down, procrastination)
  • Tough work situations
  • The ABCs of self-management
  • Behavioural strengths
  • Enhanced work performance cycle
  • Individual action plan

A survey-based profile of individual’s work performance mindset is provided.

Our high performance mindset leadership and management programs lead to growth in participants’ capacity to cultivate a high performance culture in teams and individuals. They perform at higher levels in leading ‘high performing’ teams and dealing effectively with challenge and change. Also, through developmental conversations with direct reports, participants acquire the skillset needed to transform the mindset of teams they lead and individuals they manage.

  • Training groups have between 10 and 20 participants.
  • Participants receive the 100 page High Performance Mindset at Work Handbook.
  • These workshops can be offered over one or two consecutive days or weekly across a more extended time period

ELEARNING

Programs you can complete in your own time and place.

This online, course is Ideal for teachers new to You Can Do It! Education as well as those familiar with YCDI! Education seeking an up-date of theory and practice. Presented by Professor Michael Bernard, the course consists of 8 interactive modules covering the following topics:

  3. Social-emotional learning curricula
  4. Teaching social-emotional learning skills
  5. School-wide practices to build critical mass
  6. Teaching students how to change the way they think
  7. Overcoming student social-emotional difficulties

Participants receive a digital guide by Michael Bernard Social-Emotional Learning for All: Best Practice of You Can Do It! Education (125 pages) that summarises key content from all eight topics. Participants work through the course in their own time and place. Each module takes approximately 30 mins. to complete.

This highly acclaimed half-day workshop presented at hundreds of primary and secondary schools and enjoyed by over 10,000 teachers is designed to promote self-awareness and self-management in the face of tough work situations and people. The Resilient Educator helps teachers and administrators develop the positive attitudes and social and emotional skills to perform at their best.

The HPMW E-Learning course is available for licensing by organisations. Importantly, individuals can complete the course in their own time. The course may be supported by on-line, interactive webinars made available as participants progress through the course.

The six, self-paced 30–60 minute modules include engaging audio-visual presentations, interactive learning activities and personalised surveys and reports.
